Consultations and FAQ Your first treatment will include a full consultation and and extra 30 minutes should be added to your treatment time. During the consultation you will be asked about you past and present health, family history and about any medication you may be taking. A treatment programme will then be designed to best fit your needs. Generally appointments last between sixty and seventy five minutes. Most clients suffering from a chronic condition will require on average, between 6 and 8 treatments to see an improvement. However, please remember, this varies from client to client, and you may find you benefit from less (or more). (Sub-fertilty and IVF clients: please refer to the information relating to treatment duration found on the sub-fertility and IVF page). Once an improvement in the condition has been acheived and balance restored, many clients will benefit from a top-up treatment every four to six weeks. Continuing with regular treatments helps to maintain the bodies balance and reduces the possibility of the symptoms returning. Do I need to book a course of treatments? No. Unless you are working towards Many clients come for sessions weeks apart, simply to help them relax when stressed, or in need of relaxation or a top up treatment. You are under no obligation to embark on a course of treatment nor will you be pressured to do so. Where does treatment take place? Nichola is based in Durham City and works from a comfortable, dedicated therapy room in her home. Evening and Saturday appointments are available on request, however clients are asked to note that regular evening appointments should be booked in advance so as to ensure availabilty. |
